Ok the Tower of the Gods comes out of the ocean and stuff but when you go to the bottom of the ocean to OoT/TP Hyrule theres no bottom of the tower wheres the bottom of it? Does the tower float?

it doesn't float. its just on top of the tower, there is fishing line tied to a cloud, and thats what keeps it up.
