Forest ( i think) sage is one of those masked deku dudes who plays a bass. Which one is it and where do i find him. If it is Makar, where do i find him in the freaking treeeeee!!!
u playing WW? yeah its makar, u gotta talk to the deku tree, then go back to the island, where u use the rope item like hookshot to cross around the little river, go down and move ahead to the waterfall, inside, is Makar
Makar is the one that took off to the wicked forest with all the jellus. Once you have found him there and beet the boss, then he just wanders around that little area around the Great Duku Tree.
It may not be possible to find him at some times. In my experiences you have to finish the Wind Temple with Medli first. You'll know if Makar is there because you can hear his cello and there are musical notes coming out of the waterfall.
