How did you feel at the end of the game? One emotion? Various emotions? Maybe I get a little too emotional, but I feel that, this time around, that was the point of TP's ending.

Personally, I was a little heartbroken when Midna shattered the mirror, but I completely understood what Midna said: "Light and shadow can't mix, as we all know." I really loved her character, and I was sad to see that she destroyed the portal between the worlds, but touched that she did it to keep both worlds safe. The emotions between Link and Midna as they parted, though... really bittersweet. I also felt really bad for Zelda, as she had come to truly know Midna, being "one" for a short time; it was like she lost a part of herself.

I was also a little hopeful for Link at the end, because there was that scene of him leaving Ordon. Of course, I felt a little bad for Ilia (regardless of the fact I loathe her), because her best friend and potential love interest left. Still, seeing Link leave his past behind signified that he had truly changed and had really become a hero, so hopefully we can play the same Link in a future Zelda game, maybe where he's a few years older... maybe he ventures off to different lands. Who knows.

What if TP Link went into the Lost Woods like OoT Link did when he arrived in Termnia? If the Twilight is some sort of alternate dimension, that could mean he could go there through the Lost Woods since it seems you can pass through spece and time while going through them.

Yeah, probably not possible. You've got to remember that TP is centuries after OoT, and as you can see, the land has drastically changed. Areas of The Lost Woods that may have been accessable by people in OoT are no longer accessable by people in TP. Besides, TP Link (or any of the people in TP except Princess Zelda who'd have heard the legend because it was passed down...) probably has no idea that a portal, let alone Termina, even exists.

Still, it'd be neat to know where he was going at the end...

And what's this talk of portals anyway? If I would want to visit some Asian country for instance, I wouldn't have to find a portal to reach it...

Midna in imp form? I'd say yes. Besides the fact that she's a videogame character, of course.

Well heres the thing. I'm not sure how I feel about TP's ending. By far it is the most emotional, and one that bears the most meaning. I don't know what to make of it. I was saddened a bit by the loss of a character with such great charaterization, but at the same time, I was happy because she could go back to her people and lead a peaceful kingdom once more. So it was a happy and sad thing. I think I like the way TP ended, but there are also some more loose ends I'd like to see tied up. AND FOR THE LOVE OF GOD CAN AT LEAST ONCE, LINK GET A GIRL!? I mean seriously. That needs to happen.
