We know that there have been 2 Ganondorf's through out the series
but are there 3?
These are the 2 we know of:

Ganondorf
OoT-WW

Ganondorf 2
LTTP-AOL

Ganondorf 1 was born before the series then was sealed away by the first Link(OoT Link) until TP where Zant gained his power from him. And 700 years later during WW the third Link(WW Link) killed him once and for all. Then MC,FS,FSA happen through the 900 years he is dead. Then 1900 years after OoT he is reincarnated as Ganondorf with all his memories and became King of the gerudo once again. Then he is defeated again and in LTTP(7th Link) and killed again in LOZ(8th Link) and his followers attempted to bring him back 2 years later during AOL(8th Link).

But here is where the problem is during TP we never find out what happens to
him, We know he was defeated but was he killed then if he was how can he be reincarnated in only 700 years? If he wasn't killed where was he from TP-WW? What do you think?

Its the same guy. There arent 2 Ganondorfs/Ganon, its all the same guy.
OoT just introduced the backstory to Ganon. TP and WW help define how the character began to change overtime, eventually disgarding his Gerudo skin and adapting to his Final Ganon form. In OoT and TP he was just testing his strength as Ganon, but they were only temporary forms brought along from the Triforce of Power. but eventually the power grew too much for him to control and thus he was stuck as Ganon, and is Finally killed in the Original LoZ. Although in Zelda 2 Ganon's followers are trying to revive Ganon by using Link's blood.

ganon can never die, he has the power of the triforce!!! thats what i think even though he does get fat in WW ........

He's trying to live up to the Bigness of Ganon, so after TP he went into a depression and ate nothing but ice cream and more food to get fat.
