I need some help to find the heavens of the rod please

did you already get the rod of dominion? if so the go back to kakariko village and go to sanctuary you will see now that you have to go back to the town where Ellia was and save the lady that help her escape you will go back there and then back to kakariko and then Ellia will tell you that she knows something about the rod or w.e go back there and talk to the old lady show her the rod and she will give you the first of 7 books, then go back to sanctuary and talk to one of the warriors and he will give you the location of the other 6.

When you get the Dominion rod, go to kakariko village and talk to llia and she'll tell you that Impaz told her that she couldn't leave the village until the warrior of the heavens comes back with the rod of the heavens. Go back to the hidden village and enter Impaz's house and take out the dominion rod. She'll comment you on being the warrior of the heavens and gives you the Sky Book...one sky character is missing...this is what you soon find out from Shad in the sanctuary's basemant. He'll put the locations of the Owl Statues all over Hyrule. Go to each one and use the dominion rod to move them to get 1 piece of the missing sky character.

or just show impaz the dominion rod the first time you're there. It's a bit faster

yeah that was annoying going all the way there and back to know you have to come back.
