It looks like Gorons have happy feet, too.
Perhaps it's a Goron dance of some sort, or possibly a glitch

If you walk up behind a Goron and speak to it, it will turn to face you
as most NPCs do.

When the Goron offers to toss you up on the buildings, just say no.
Then walk around to the front (back) of where the Goron was facing.

They start a little happy feet dance.

This is completely off-topic. My apologies.

Happy Feet is a great movie. I would recommend it for everyone, especially if you're a fan of animated CG films. It's from Warner Bros. and is easily on par with, if not better than, Disney/Pixar, or DreamWorks SKG.
The only thing that was slightly off-putting, for me at least, was that it was noticeable that Robin Williams did the voice of several characters. I like Robin Williams, he's very funny, but I just wish he'd voiced only one character.
