I've searched and searched and I'm sure it is right in front of me, but I am in the large open area where there are archers, a lava beam column, a magnetic beam that is off, a locked door, and I am lost. If someone could please help me as to whether I missed a key for the locked door, if I can kill the beam guy somehow, or if there is a switch for the magnet it would be much appreciated. thanks.

Lol I was stuck there for the LONGEST time. Just go to the opposite direction of the locked door, you know, where there's one of those spinning things with lasers that come out of its eye? Well in the corner, there's a tiny treasure chest that looks like it would hold maybe a small rupee. It actually has a key.
