in the begging on windwaker you see that belt he has it was Link hero of wind that disaperaed not TP link.

and the King of Hyrule wasnt corrupted and became a TK, he made a mistake to flood hyrule and the 2 children just been able to escape the undersea hyrule by the Triforce of god power

and last but not least that was not the OOT link that disaperaed Link 1 died and the new Link is here and also in TP.

the truth is, it won't ever be the ending of a zelda game. Hyrule flooded because ganon came to power, and the Hero of Time never showed up to kill him. So the Gods chose to flood all of Hyrule. That is why it won't become a game, because the hero of Time is missing.
