Best game?

What do you think is the best game for the psp and more importantly why do you think it is the best or simply what games do you think are really fun for it?

Right now i'm really into Disgaea. (ps2 port)
It's a strategy game, with a hilarious script, and deep strategy play.
It's very time consuming since you can get your characters to level 9999 to max them out.

Other games I've enjoyed playing are:

Fighting:
Tekken Dark Ressurection - Great fighting game, lots of replay value
Naruto: Ultimate Ninja Heroes - It's pretty much the Ultimate ninja series for PS2.

Music:
DJMAX portable 1 & 2 - It's like beatmania. Which is really fun. (Import)
Gitaroo Man - Gitaroo Man series. It was on the PS2 i think.
Audition Portable - If you've played bust-a-groove it's kind of like that.
Patapon - Reminds me of loco roco, but it's about rythm and drum sequences.

Action/Adventure:
God of war: Chains of olympus - This is actually the first God of War I've played. It's pretty good. A bit short though.
Loco Roco - This game is kind of addicting. The background music is hillarious.
Ratchet and Clank: Size matters - I haven't played much, but it's pretty good. (first time playing the R&C series)
Megaman: Powered up - This is a great game. lot's of replayability and even a stage creator!

RPG:
Crisis core: Final Fantasy VII - Comming out soon. I've played the japanese version and it's great. It star's my favourite FFVII character Zack as well.

Shooting/FPS:
Metal Gear Solid Portable Ops (Plus) - The MGPO series is great. You spend most of your time building your army from enemy troops. Online is really fun.
Medal of honor Heroes 1 & 2 - A basic fps. good enough for Fps needs.
Syphon filter Dark Mirror/Logan's shadow - Didn't get very far into the game, but it's great so far.

I don't remember any others right now. I might post some more later.

I had heard that Disgaea was pretty good and it looks/sounds like my type of game. I can't wait for Crisis Core. I hope to buy it the day it comes out. Brave Story sounds like it would be a great game, but I am uncertain about it still because I don't know the exact battle system for it.

I love MGSPO, I thought they killed the series after Subsistance, but actually they were surprisingly good, although different in a good way to the PS1/PS2 versions. Tekken Dark Ressurection is just an awesome fighting game. Daxter is a fun game as well, but I've only played about 10 PSP games in my lifetime, and the others I played honestly suck.
@Digirob - I thought there were only Syphon Filter 1 and 2 for PS1!

I think those syphon filter games are new... because they got ported to the ps2...
Their graphics are almost identical even though Logan's mirror is a sequel.

I don't have much gaming experiance with the PSP but I tried Jeanne D'Arc, SRPG, usually a genre I don't really like but I had much fun with it! It isn't very complicated, anime cutscenes, nice senarios and a twist from that well knowed story. It's, obviously, more fantasy-ish.

Also FF7:CC looks awesome but I haven't tried it.

Jeanne D'Arc is awesome. If you all like Final Fantasy games then you should try out Brave Story. It is a lot of fun.

Playing crisis core In english this time. Heh. It's much better once you understand what they're saying! And the voices are pretty good. Though I'm not very far into the game.
