Yeah, head to the safari zone by Liliycove the first bit of grass you come across upon entering.

You know, you can find out where every single pokemon is lurking by using some sort of location guide found in walkthroughs, guides, you know. :)

but some guides don't have that feature


does anybody have a spiritomb??
if you do, is it easier to get it over GTS or meeting 32 people underground?
and is there a place where people meet to go underground?

Probably over GTS. It takes quite a long time to do the 32 people method.

they make you trade pokemon like palkia or lucario
or celebi

i think it would be hard to get those pokemon to trade
except lucario

Pikachus are rare. You need to look in the Safari Zone to find it.

Also, Pokeblocks are not to do with Pokemon color. They affect the natures of the Pokemon you find in the area, not what Pokemon appear.
