No technology?

Ok the Zelda series takes place over thousands of years right? Then how come they never develop new technology or anything? its always the same you
would think by the time LttP takes place they would have modern type houses.

If there would be modern things in Zelda. It'd lose it's typical Zelda feel.

Imagine you walk in some house in Kakariko Village, and the people would be playing LoZ on the NES (okay that was an extreme example)

I am not! Metroid has the tech of like the year 4300, while Zelda of the year 1500 im just saying if there was a good mid point like the present level of tech.

Think back to the 1500s... there was no computer technology, hell it was less advanced or as advanced as Zelda is. Why ***** and moan about technology? Zelda does not need technology, hell every couple hundred years there is a great calamity that destroys a larger part of the known world, preventing tech from advancing
