| | | "Wii Speak" Nintendo: Nintendo Reveals "Wii Speak" Chat For Wii
Nintendo have revealed 'Wii Speak', a microphone that sits on top of your sensor bar and allows you to speak to other people.
Two problems here, everyone's going to be screaming at the telly just for the mic to pick them up, and it's over a year late. Hmm... |

| | | Oh are they? That's pretty cool indeed. One recent trend of Nintendo's that I do like is their including free peripherals in some of their releases. Back in the day it used to be just memory cards with Pokemon Colosseum. |

| | | I don't think people would have to scream. Even the DS has a pretty sensitive microphone. But I was expecting the microphone to be built into the remote. As well as the "motion plus" thing... Still, at least it's finally coming. And hopefully there will be games that fully utilize it.

| | | this shouldn't be to bad, but i rather have a headset than that microphone, epically the way i have my living room set up. Still at least we now have some type of voice communication.

| Well,It is a good idea but I think I agree with Mental on this one...It's very late and my voice is quiet when I'm chatting to people I don't know so I'll be like..."Hi,hi....HIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIII!" Lol.Pretty neat though. ;) | | Thread Tools | | | | Display Modes | Linear Mode |
