Some new games and furthur info were announced today by Nintendo. There are images and videos. I don't have all the info so if you find any others you can add them here.
- Monster Hunter 3 (Capcom) announced for the Wii (It was previously a PS3 title)
- WiiFit released December 1st Japan for 8800 yen
- Smash Bros (Japan) delayed until Jan 24th '08, online co-op mode announced

Mario Kart Wii will be released March-May '08. The game will include a steering wheel, and will have motorcycles and what looks like 12 karts racing! (it was only 8 at a time previously)

- Virtual Console downloads/purchases have reached 7.8m units
- Nintendo will start a
DS Demo Station service (download DS demos from the internet, to your DS via the Wii)

Sonic will be a playable character in Smash Bros! 
- Extra functionality will be added to the "Wii Vote" channel in the future, including game preferences and rankings
- Super Mario Stadium Baseball announced (Wii)

Various WiiWare titles/announcements were made:
- New FF:CC title "The Young King and the Promised Land" (1500pts - approx $15 US)
*Not to confuse with FFCC: Crystal Bearers!!!* 
- Pokemon Farm (upload Pokemon from Diamond/Pearl to the Wii, and raise them in a farm - online features/trading?)
- Star Soldier R, Mojipittan Wii (this is a Bandai Namco word puzzle game that's a big hit on the PSP and DS) and Doctor Mario.
