| | | At least the guitar will be cheaper, cause they won't have to put in motion sensors like in the other versions. |

| | | Great, there'll be more idiots who suddenly think they can rock even though they can't even play guitar.
But, I may have some good things to say about it in the future
EDIT: Okay, so I might buy it. But the keyword in the last sentence is MIGHT. So I dunno, If I play it once than like it, I'll change my mind about how I already think about it.

| | | i though this game was stupid as all get out untill i played it at my friends house. its actually alot of fun, i may pick it up if the game is decently priced. (then i WILL be Iron man.) apparently its $90... $50 for the game and a whopping $40 for the perepheral. periferals are supposed to be free or a maximum of $20 (see nunchuck, classic controller, the entire wii sports pack, the blaster attachment, the wheel attachment, etc.) I'm kinda ticked at the price, it pretty much means that I will NOT be getting it right away (if at all)

I thought it was pretty stupid until someone brought GH2 over to my house one day. We played for like 5 hours straight and I was hooked.
I broke down and paid the $70 for the guitar/GH2 set at Sam's Club and I just got my copy of GH 80's edition on Tuesday. I feel kinda bummed that I spent $50 on what is essentially a the exact same game as GH2 with different songs, but I still like it so far. The only thing I don't like is that there aren't any extra songs to buy in this version like in GH2.
I'm already on set 6 on medium after playing for two days now.
I'm definitely not going to buy the Wii version of 3 though, since I already shelled out the $$$$ for the PS2 controller.
I wonder if anyone will make a "Country Hero." I can think of some good country songs with good guitar parts.

I was a little disappointed that there weren't very many newer songs, some of the unlockable songs were great though; the Shadows Falls song ("The Light that Blinds") -- freakin' awesome. I can barely manage that thing on hard mode. The Dethklok song is pretty good to and the Avenged Sevenfolds song ("Beast and the Harlot") is definitely one of my favorites from the actual career mode.

| | | Really the only song I really love on the tracklisting is "Take It Off" by The Donnas, it's a downloadable song, but it's one of my favourites, and I'm hoping that the song makes it to the game if I end up buying it, my opinion is slowly changing about this game.
