I completely agree. they should allow you to submit your own username, and then if its already taken they could arbitrarily assign a # at the end for you.

Is it really THAT hard to put a code in once and never have to worry about putting it in again? Better yet, how hard is it to WRITE SOMETHING DOWN! Stop complaining already friend codes are easy to handle you people just like to complain.

that was almost a year old... one hell of a necropost though, I still don't like friendcodes, nor do i not like not knowing who i'm playing against or being able to add them to my friends list after playing them online.
