The only character I don't recognize is the crazy hair character beside derek. My guess is that she is the second doctor you can play as? Or maybe she appears later on in the DS game, I'm still not finished it yet. XD

the box does look sweet. and i like the graphics style of the game. im inclined to rent it first, but im leaning closer and closer to buying it.

Trauma Center is one of the hardest games ever. Like geez, having a hard time finishing the game. I'm glad theres going to be a difficulty setting now. And hopefully they get some updated videos... The videos I saw had no sound when operating, like the cutting noise, or stitching noises... But, the noises could be fed into the Remote Speaker, which is why I don't hear it.

I admit it does look entertaining, i might try the DS version first. i would like the thought of the sounds coming through the wiimote.
