I might get this, as I am a fan of Guitar Hero 3.

My brother got the game last week and it's pretty fun, the buttons are actually smaller than they look and I will also say the blue button is actually a pain in the ass to press

I bought the game too. Personally I think it's awsome. It's like guitar hero on the go. I always play at least one song during my break at work, and the songlist is not that bad. The only real problem is that it has a learning curve..or well, a "comfort curve"? It's gonna take a couple of days playing to find that comfortable spot where you don't strain your wrist, or till it doesn't feel awkward. Still, after that, it's a blast.

Oh, and I have no clue how it's a spin-off game. It is what it is. Guitar Hero. Spin offs are usually split off from the original series because of new game play...but this feels just like Guitar Hero.
