Here's what you gotta do, use these tags

[*URL=(the url of the youtube link goes here)][IMG*](of course the image url goes here)[/IMG][/url] That should work

By the way, remove the *'s in the tags or else it won't work

Okay, use this code, but REMOVE the *'s I put in the url and img part to make it work
