How are you today?

So just post what your overall feeling today is, you know, happy, angry, sad, excited etc.

I'm always jolly.

I recommend you turn on some Jack Johnson, or if you'd like some faster paced music try out some John Butler. It'll seriously make you feel better. I don't know your situation but I don't think it's fair to those who are truly suffering for any one in a developed country to be depressed. We got a crapload of awesome stuff/luck, so be happy.

Depression only gets worse if you let it. You've got one shot at life (...or so we think), do it right.
