I would advise you to read the terms of service in all things like this before using them. Here is the url for it http://www.myxertones.com/terms/. I did read this one over and it is pretty good as far as these things go. No monthly charges and such. You just need to be aware that there is a good chance that you will be illegally downloading copyrighted stuff or paying for stuff. Also, some phone companies, at least in the United States, charge you if you download stuff from sites or get stuff from other people through messages and such. These are just my warnings though. You can choose to ignore them or not.
