| | | 1. minimize all windows
2. press the "Print Screen" Button (usually above the number pad or page control pad on the top right of your keyboard) this will copy the image of your entire screen to the clipboard
3. open a graphics editing program (paint works)
4. paste by pressing control+v
5. save the resulting image as a J-peg (imagename.jpg)
6. upload the picture to an image hosting site
7. attach picture (im fairly certain you know the rest)
