It would be a close tie between MTV and MTV 2 for me.

I watch OLD MTV because now it's all shows. I usually get a chance to see VH1. But those are the American channels. The Canadian ones:

Much Music: Not very often, they focus too much on crappy bands and rap videos. I only watch it for BECK: Mongolian Chop Squad and E! True Hollywood Story

Much More Music: Second most watched, they have the good videos on there. Also great original programming like "Back In..." and "Listed"

Much More Retro: A non-stop videoflow of vids from the 80s and 90s. I almost ALWAYS have the TV on this channel.

much music was always better than MTV in my opinion, much more music is definitely better than plain much, and i haven't experienced much more retro, but it sounds great.

oh, and rick the intern (who is no longer an intern) hosted a party at my university. he is SO sort, and not that funny bradford rocked though.

I guess I watch MTV the most out of all those. But I don't really watch it that often so I put other. I watch it more during the summer when I'm less busy.
I really don't watch that much TV, except for news and good primetime shows.
