That's assuming that there could ever be anyone intelligent (or arrogant) enough to claim to understand the universe's machinations without the use of hallucinogenic drugs. Even if this theory were true, the human mind lacks the power to understand such things with out aforementioned shrooms.

I know plenty of people who beleive in aliens(my fiance and myself included.) Heck I've even met conspiracy theorists that beleive that there are multiple types of aliens already here on earth and that one type, the reptilians, are major players in modern society and are trying to take over the planet. Greys are the stereotypical alien, big head and eyes with a small body and grey skin. I don't really hope to meet aliens anytime soon, I know I would panic and run if I ever met one.
