Most people don't know where a link to the past originated. Not just where it was originated though but that there was some major differences between the one that first started in Japan that used a special add on that looked sort of like the gameboy/gameboy color add on that enhanced the color and possibly the size of game you could fit on this new smaller cartride. It was called BS A Link to the Past. It had enhanced color from the SNES version and from what I read online you collected something other than the crystals in the SNES version and from what I heard there were some really neat parts of the game that were cut out of the SNES version that the US ended up getting. The version like I said before also had better color quality than the SNES version. They also made a BS Zelda a remake of the original zelda game for nes the first one. This version had SNES graphics. You could also play as male or female link and of course use whatever name you want for the character.

I've played BS Zelda, it's pretty good. I didn't know about BS Link to the Past though. Where did you find out about it?

ign gaming site just go there and type in bs zelda. ZSNES is capable of emulating these games with a BS BS-X bios file however the roms are still not fully complete. They have been patched and stuff but I still don't think they are fully emulated without errors.

OK cool. I know Nerologic has a BS Zelda ROM for the SNES too, but it needs a ZSNES emulator.
