Hi all,
I wanted to say hello as I'm new but also ask for some help if I could.
I can't get past the first Goron. I have my iron boots and press A as soon as I see the A prompt but he flings me to the edge where I cannot move forward again then he rolls towards me again and flings me off the cliff.
Ive ben stuck doing it for a week can anyone please help?

Well, be sure to wear the iron boots before he attacks you. Also keep holding the A button, it's all about timing, really.

However I have been wearing my boots and have also tried continually pressing/holding A but I just keep getting thrown off. Am I doing something wrong?

This s how you throw the Goron. When you see the A Button press it in and hold it in. Don't just press it once. Press it once and hold it in. Then hold in left or right on the analog stick.

Yeah, there's not much else besides timing and a little bit of luck. I think it took me a few tries before I pressed A at the right time. Keep trying!

also try to run as far as you can once you climb the wall toward the goron, then when he talks and goes after you make sure you press "a" right when it says to

and a few of those gorons will be rolling at u while u run up the path,so watch out!and be quick with putting those boots on.and also fitting the first elder is harder than he looks so also dont go easy on him ethier
