You have to have the claw shot, have access to the desert area to be able to transform in to wolf and back and have some bombs (and need the spinner, dominion rod and the ball and chain if you want fairys in every spring)

Go to the bottom right corner of the desert and you should see some platforms with large rocks and stuff on top, use the grappeling hook on one of the brown spikey trees to get on to the first platform, then use the grappeling hook on a hovering monster to get to the second platform.

You'll then get attacked by three on the black monsters (that let you teleport back)

After defeating them climb up the step and blow up the rocks. Quickly transform into a wolf and defeat the poe.

Then get midna to teleport the bridge back to the bridge of eldin (so you can teleport there now)

Then teleport back to the desert (using your new teleport called gerudo mesa) and go down the stairs, you'll have to beat a series of monsters (nothing too bad) until you find The fairy who will put fairys in each spring everytime you reach her.

(Then you'll need the other items to continue through each stage like the spinner or the dominion rod etc)

Yeah I already know about that. Also if you go through the Cave of Ordeals a Second time you will Release Great Fairy's in all the Springs. So you can go to any spring and talk to the Great Fairy and get a bottle of Great Fairy's Tears. But you can only get them one at a time.
