She is a crazy b*tch in many of my stories and RPs. One imprtant fact that does remain constant about OoT Zelda's personality within my stories is that she is mentally unstable from the loss of her kingdom and her family, which has traumatized her to the point of borderline of insanity.

In the current RP I run, she's managed to master and control so much magic her powers are almost godlike. You would not believe how she slowly loses her grip on her sanity throughout her story. Eventually she tries to take over the world by going back to a post World War III era Earth, where Hyrule was created, in order to mold it to her liking.

Let's just say that even if I don't write Zelda bad all the time, when I write her bad, I write her cruel, sadistic, manipulative, and all sorts of other words that mean "bad". I do still write good Zeldas though, but they are never romantically involved with Link (as much as OoT Zelda lusts after Link when he chooses to marry Navi).

yes, power can be intoxicating and is poison to most. :)

Originally I just wanted to make her a villain because disliked her, but slowly she evolved and became too fun to write for just for mear kicks, so she has become my regular antagonist.

I guess the power thing goes well with a quote from a game called "Prey":

"All this power is only a illusion. Soon it will overwhelm you and you will be consumed by it."

At least that's a little like the quote goes.

I'm not big on Zelda either but she does play a inportant role in the game,Even if you rarely see her....I tend to go for SariaXLink normally.

Sir Calibur nice tale of love and loss. It was full of emotion and I like how you left the characters names out, then revealed who they were with the surrounding text. Oh and here is a poem I wrote about 4 years ago, its not amazing but its acceptable. I hope you enjoy it.
The Legend Of Zelda

The Gohma was the first
to see Link's great power and might
he sliced it up with his sword
and he surly won the fight

Dodongo was an ancient beast
that ate up all the boulders
then Link blasted him in a lava pit
now he's buried up to his shoulders

Barinade was a shocking creature
he let his electric flow
then Link drained down his battery
and the beast began to blow

Phantom Ganon was a ghastly ghost
he scared away Link's friend
Link let his anger go
and that phantom met his end

Volvagia fiery dragon
he turned Death Mountain haywire
Link flattened him out once or twice
then he fried in his own fire

The watery Morpha
he froze everything from here to there
Link diced him like a carrot
now he's splattered everywhere

The Shadowy Bongo Bongo
banged his drum too quickly
so Link bashed him about a bit
now he is laying there quite sickly

Twinrova the great hags
they wreaked havoc in the Temple of Spirit
Link wacked them about
then he told them to clear it.

Ganondorf evil king
he led the world to darkness
Link sealed him in the Sacred Realm
and Ganon promised
to break through all the starkness.

Link was the hero
through all the bad times
now he must leave in search of his fairy
as he enters the forest the birds start their chimes
Link smiles though he is neither jolly nor merry.

THE END?

I would post mine here, but it consists of chapters, and about 10 thousand words right now. So yeah. I'd kinda overwhelm the topic I guess. T_T;;

Is there anyway that the owner could make the text on the pages smaller? I have my text size set to the smallest it'll go and it still seems pretty big. If it was smaller, it would allow larger stories to take up less space.

Some say he did it for Zelda

For the haughty princess

That he had fallen for her

And would settle for no less.

I for one will argue

And say there was another

Who won his heart before Zelda could,

Someone who was like his mother.

When we look upon this legend

Some people are blotted out

Looked down upon by the famous

Who took another route.

The roles they played were epic

Yet they are overshadowed

By those will not admit

Their own claims to fame are hallow.

Forgotten is the Fairy

The Hero's closest friend

She stood with him at every point

And with him she did transcend.

'Tis sad she is forgotten now

Her name left off the scrolls

For she was treasured by the Hero

And held a vital role.

Yet the woman's name is known by me

For she is my beloved

The Hero and the Fairy

The only one I've loved.

Just a poem I did in a few minutes. The characters should be obvious if you think about it.

Just wondering, how do you think a Link/Navi love affair could work out? Since they're, like, different size and, you know, Link'll grow hair in funny places, and his voice will change, and I'll bet he'll want to do stuff that's just too big for Navi to handle...
