I think maybe Ganondorf should have (if he could see the battle between Link and his phantom) thought about it before using the same battle tattics as his phantom

That is one good thought and for all the awesomeness, strength and cunning he possesses, that was pretty stupid.

Which is exactly why WW Ganondorf was awesome. Not only was more than just a "OMG I'm evil so I'm gonna take over the world" guy, he began the trend of fighting Link in one on one sword to sword combat.

Yes, I enjoyed that battle much more ^^

When I got to human form Ganon in OoT I was kind of disapoint because I sort of already knew how to beat him from fighting his phantom ><

But he beast form was really fun for me so it wasn't so bad!

You bring up a very valid point. Though I'm sure Link could find another way to kick ass. After all he is favored by the Goddesses, and is the Hero. But Ganon really never had anyway to tell how powerful Link truly was, until he faced him one on one. At that point it was already too late. Can't really blame Ganon though. After all when one does gain so much power, they become arrogant and eventually fall. His judgement was clouded by his hunger for power.

It's not the same Link each time. It's a reincarnate. Or thats what I've figured. Though they may be reincarnates their tactics are different. It's hard to predict the unpredictable.
