What are the different colors or names of the different Rupees in every Zelda games. Rupees that are only specific to some Zelda games name the Zelda games that the Rupee color or name applies to.

that giant rupee in OoT is an orange one that ..if i'm remembering correctly.

yes that is the giant rupee it can also be found in some treasure chests in the game.
