I am so sick of this part! I can't figure out how to get into that cavern of the gorons! All i know is that I need to use a flower bomb to get into it, but how to a get one over to the boulder??? (the one blocking the way of coarse) is something else required? what is it?

Before the entrance into the Goron city, go left to the fence near the ledge, there is a bomb flower there and you need to pick it and throw it down to the boulder.
