I think I finally know which Link the guy with the Skeleton guy with the Sword is.

Here is why I think that it is the Link from The Adventures of Link 2 for NES.

I forgot that TP took place 100 years after OOT. But I think I may finally know which link he is. The thing about do not falter reminded me of Zelda the Adventures of Link 2. In that game Link was obviously not able to save Princess Zelda from going into a eternal sleep. And it was his duty as Link to protect her. Also It may also solve the part where he said that his soul is finally at rest. He may have never got over the fact that he was not able to save her from going into a eternal sleep because he would have failed at his duty. Even though he eventually fixed the problem it may have still haunted him. So I think that him being the Link from The Adventures of Link 2 makes perfect sense.

So that would make The Adventures of Link 2 somewhere in between OOT and TP if I am right.

I dont think so cause IMO AoL takes place um...about 2500 years after TP.

Well I am not exactly sure about the time that all the Zelda games take place. I was just trying to put together the clues from what the guy said after he teaches you the last skill. I heard from someone that his shield looks like the same shield in the first or second Adventures of Link games. But I don't know if the first one is any closer to the time line of TP. There of course is a chance that he is not any of the Links in any of the previous Zelda games. He may be a Link that may come out in a future Zelda game. Possibly even in the next Zelda game for the Wii. But this is just speculation. I don't know anything about the next Zelda game that they plan on coming out with for the Wii.

That's one funny episode. I suppose it'd be a different Link though. It's a good point, as a couple of the techniques, in particular the down-thrust, are from AOL.
