Sorry for stealling your apprenticeship, but I was thinking something more along the lines of the way Falco from starfox looks, except more real looking.

My favorite race of all time is Gerudo I think. Other I like the hylians and zoras.

I would say Gerudos, but one has to remember that they're the only black people to be found in hyrule and they all just happen be thieves. Their TP disappearance was really called for and I was expecting it.
I loved the Gorons in OoT, and their nostalgic return in TP made me uber happy! I also really liked the mysterious goron merchants that we saw in WW... pretty shifty the way they had to keep all rugged up and outta sight if you ask me

I don't think I'd say Gerudo's were representative of black people. Arabic or Persian is what jumped out at me.

Agree!
I also think that Gerudos are kinda similar to ukraina people. At least I think their languages seem to fit togheter.^^

This is a bif off topic but after fiinishing TP i was soo choked that they diddn't include Goron armor onto the game. They could have done soo much with it concept wise and it could have been used through firy areas (hmm..swimming in lava???..).

I dunno, i personally think they did a bad job with the postmen, i'd the zelda team would have come up witha flying race much better.
