I want a modern type Zelda game that would take place thousands and thousands of year after the ones now. In a world simular to ours with citys, dams, planes, and skyscrapers. Link would start of as a normal 17 year old boy and stuff thensome kind of evil thing happens and Link has to find the ancient master sword of legend from its secret underground valut while sneeking past goverment ppls to get it. What do you think?

Sounds pretty cool, but it basically wouldnt be a zelda, i like the old time theme in the game. It would be cool as a different game though :p

Yeah I guess so but I thought it could be like the blade movies Link wouldnt be afriad to use bullets but he would always perfer his sword.

I reckon Zelda would lose its charm if that happened.

Yeah nice effort JJAB, but if a Zelda game of that type was created, people would lose interest in LOZ games. (and we don't want that happening) But like Spted mentioned, it would make a pretty cool game if it was a new franchise other than Zelda.

that game would kill the series similar to shadow killing the sonic series. link with a gun? no thanks. If they developed a completely new IP then yeah, that game could be cool, but not zelda. It would be more like FF7

Yeah, Zelda games fit alot more better in the "medieval times" not the 21st century, that would be screwed up if it was.

Yeah like avelanch said... i actually got the Nintendo power issue where they were talking about Shadow (from Sonic) having a gun?!?! i was like WTF! no wonder the series is going down hill...
