Am I the Only Silent Hill Fan pissed off about SH5?

What the Hell!

Okay this really pissed me off. Pyramid Head? like did they even play all of silent hill 2 or did they just watch that sh*tty stupid SH movie! Like damn! Pyramid Head had a special meaning in Silent Hill 2. In the movie though they just threw him in there for no reason (Well Predicted, movies based off video games have always sucked, or decent) , looks like what they're doing here!

James the main character of the game created Pyramid Head with his own mind, to punish the sins he had done. Like how he killed his wife, Mary. Which is why there is one Pyramid head at the beginning of the game, but then when he kills Eddie, another Pyramid Head appears, and if you know your math, that is two! Two Pyramids Heads because he killed to two human beings.

Now I do not know how this new character in Silent Hill 5 can think of the EXACT same creature, plus they would of had to change the meaning because if the pyramid head represented how many people he killed , there would be hundreds of them, because Alex (main character) use to fight in wars, well apparently hes coming home from one. And I'm guessing hes gonna be 'sick' from that.

Like I really love Pyramid Head, hes just an awesome and scary character but! He cannot return into the series unless, James goes back to Silent Hill (highly doubt that)

But How disappointing! once again! I mean first Origins and now this! (Origins was made by a different American developer) Whats Next?

Silent Hill Team where in the hell are you, and what are you doing!! You can't go yet, you only made four games!! At least come back for one more! And clear out all this nonsense garbage. See this is what happens when an American developer takes over a Japanese game. I was thinking of buying the game but now just because of this I think I'm gonna just rent it. They done some good stuff but not enough. Huge Disappointment, I wasn't expecting it to be amazing like the others, but I thought just maybe! they could of impressed me, but I guess not. Well the series is going downhill now.

I agree with you jordan. Handing over development to an american developer was a great mistake. Sure, some gameplay parts have been improved, but they seem to have destroyed all atmosphere, which was exactly the strong point of the series.
Plus those boss fights look kind of lame too, bad zelda rip-off. And there shouldn't be big boss fights in a sh game :(

Hopefully the original SH team is working on a new concept or something.

Not that I'm that big a fan of the series btw, but I could always appreciate it.

this isn't the first Silent hill developed by a western company, its the second. the first one was the one on the psp last year (origins)
