Well, someone rang up Take Two and this is what they told them. If this is real, who cares about a crappy cutscene like that, but I wonder what else they would put in instead. Completely get rid of teh cutscene, or edit it?

// "Hello, this is Take Two"

-- "Hi there, did you create and remove a cutscene in GTA4 where Niko puts a gun at someone's private parts who forced on of his friends to have sex with him in prison?"

// "Yes we did."

Did SOMEONE record this phone call? Or do you know SOMEONE that rings developers all the time asking if they removed cutscenes containing guns and balls?

I just went to google and searched it. Sambo110 probably got the idea of an edited out cutscene from wii.spong.com. I don't believe it for a second. Whatever that was edited was probably something sex/hooker related, as Australia has had a pet peeve for this since GTA III. BTW, here's the link.

But who knows, it's probably true, because remember in their last game 'Manhunt 2' they censored a bunch of stuff including the one move where you can axe a guys balls.
