Of course if you are like me and don't own a Wii yet, you are most likely anxiously awaiting the release of Zelda:Twilight Princess on your dying GameCube. I had pretty muh made up my mind months ago that that would be the last Gamecube game worth buying before the system died out. But, this weekend, my cousin and I found an awesome game that has been recently released to help change our minds. The game?
Naruto: Clash of Ninja 2
You may be laughing now but to me this no joke. This is one solid fighting game, especially if you are a Naruto fan. Just about every site has awesome user reviews for it. It has 23 characters, so Naruto fans not in Japan can use just every character you can think of that you have seen up to this point on Cartoon Network. All the characters from the first game are here, except some are now unlockables, or have stronger forms that can be unlocked. You can now battle 2 vs 2, 1 vs 3, and free for all, which is insane and fun. And yes, you can use computers to fill in the spots you don't have friends playing on. A longer story mode is a welcome addition as well.
The only things I don't like is that some of the voices don't match the characters lip movements, for example, Gaara says something like, "mess with me and your dead" and then 3 seconds later you will see him mouth it. Also some of the names of the characters and specials are off. And lastly, you can't have more than one a character in battle mode. My cousin and I were looking forward to a Gaara vs. Gaara vs. Gaara vs. Gaara fight, but the game would only allow 1 Gaara.
Overall: An awesome fighting game, and Naruto fans or maybe even fans of fighters in general should pick this one up (and yes the game is also available on the PS2, but I believe the Cube version has more content since it was released later)

I own the Japanese port of this game.. I've had had it for more than a year.. I'm 100% it is not better than TP

I'm not claiming it to be better then TP. I'm just saying that along with TP, it could be one of the last GameCube games worth playing. I'm sure TP will be way better.

I'm sorry, I forgot this is the JJAB91 show, and his opinion = The sovereign one, and everyone else's must be the same, or all is not right with the world. You will find, being a gamer, and a human, that people will not always agree, and because you see something in that light, doesn't mean that it is exactly in that light, saavy? I was actually pretty fond of the latest Naruto game for PS2, It was a very different take on the original system, and it did something entirely new with the game series.
