Need help with the 360!

How do you get into the video marketplace on the 360? I live in australia so is it released yet? Thanks and please if you know tell me

ok this is what it look like:
Games
Media and Entertainment
Game videos
Themes and gamer pics
Then it has some small things down here like membership info and stuff
I have looked EVERYWHERE but cant find the video marketplace!!!
