One of the things a lot of gamers complain about with Nintendo is the lack of more "Adult" games. I've heard rumors that with the Wii there might be more of that type of game genre included in the future.
Do you think there actually will be games like that on the Wii? Do you want there to be?

There will be, and as long as they dont go overboard then im fine with it. I'm really anticipating Project H.A.M.M.E.R. and day of chrisis, both adult games being made by nintendo itself. They both look really fun. Its not a rumor, Nintendo is getting games for everyone.

well yea cause look at Red Steel and Project H.A.M.M.E.R. and even TP is kind of more adult like

Nintendo was talkin' to Rockstar a while back and they usually make "adult" games....unless it's ping pong

I don't know... I mean Nintendo has always had that problem! There definetely aren't as many adult (M rated games) on Wii as there are on other consoles. The rating doesn't make a game good, but it IS important for some gamers, and for Nintendo to finally get over the kiddy image and for wii to really be a console for everyone. There are many T rated games though: Zelda, Red Steel, Proyect HAMMER, Day Crisis, Metroid Prime 3... --those games haven't been rated yet but it's predicted they'll get a T (for Teen) rating. It is interesting however, that all T rated games I mentioned (except red steel) are made by Nintendo themselves.

Personally it doesn't affect me either way. I would want a Wii no matter what. But I know a lot of people who feel Nintendo really needs to prove it can be more adult by offering the M rated games.

Yeah, Wii needs more M rated titles. I can only think of 2: Far Cry and Heroes (which is probably not coming out until late 2007 anyway...)
So yeah, Wii REALLY needs more M rated games...

wait a minute. Heroes as in the T.V. series Heroes is gonna be a game? cool! anyways arent they making a resident evil game for the Wii? if they are then thats guaranteed to be an 'M' rating

Why does the Nintendo need more M rated games? I just don't see the reasoning behind this.
