Don't forget the war that started that everyone was screaming for(I don't care what you think of the war now you know after 9/11 you and everyone around you wanted blood for what happened) AND I'M NOT DONE, we can't forget about the loss of life and the billions of dollars worth of damage caused by Hurricane Katrina back in 2005. Sound easy? Its not.

2. "But the war was not necessary! Hes just a war monger!"
How is he a war monger? I don't know about you but I feel the war against Al Queda and other terrorist organizations was justified, actually I believe all this was acted upon to late. Sure the war is expensive and lives are lost but I believe it is truly necessary.

3. "BUT HES SO STUPID"
You try being the first President after the popularization of the Internet and creation of YouTube.com where every little thing you may do wrong is captured and seen over and over again by anyone with an Internet connection.



I just wanted to state a few of my opinions on this and I would like to hear yours in return. Please keep it clean and civil. Thank you.

1. 9/11 didn't cause the US to go into a recession. It was things like the mortgage companies (Wells Fargo, Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac) issuing loans to people who were trying to buy houses they couldn't afford. Also, the automobile industry was hit hard when manufacturers had to temporarily shut down production due to the strikes. Many things led to the recession, but 9/11 wasn't one of them.

2. Bush is just a war monger. After 9/11, Bush declared war on the terrorist groups in Afghanistan. Why? Because Osama bin Laden helped in the bombing of the twin towers and he's from Afghanistan. If you look back you'll see that most of the terrorists involved were actually from Saudi Arabia. Also, Bush decided it would be a good idea to invade Iraq as well as Afghanistan, claiming that Sadam Hussein had nuclear weapons. I think the main reason he invaded Iraq is because all of his admin buddies wanted to and his father would be proud.

3. Youtube was made in 2006. Even during his first term people could see what an idiot Bush was. Also, Clinton was around during the Internet, but even today he's on the news helping people out all around the world. Sure, there was the sex scandal, but he's still highly respected. Why? Because at least he's not a blithering idiot like Bush.

Osama Bin Laden is from Saudi Arabia as well. The reason why we went into Afghanistan is because that is where the radical group was operating out of and where Bin Laden, who orchestrated the attack, was hiding.

One point I would like to make is that Al Qaeda are no more extreme than the saudi government, which the US supports.

So let me get this straight, you support George W. Bush, and Sarah Palin over Richard Milhous Nixon? You support two of the Republican party's biggest mess ups, over one of the greatest presidents ever. Aside from Watergate let us just remember who got us out of Vietnam, and who opened up relations with China. Hmmm...lets see Nixon!! Now I can say that Bush did do somethings right, such as his speech after 9/11 was brilliant. Or the fact that during his presidency many nations converted their governments to democracy, those were good. Sarah Palin however, is a moronic nutcase who causes hurt to her GOP every time she writes something on her hand and then reads it. Sarah Palin is a joke. Any intelligent person can see it, it doesn't even matter if they are liberal or conservative. And John Tyler wasn't half as bad as Buchanan.

Palin is nothing more than a mascot for the populist Tea Party movement (and that asshole Glenn Beck is their mouthpiece). I'm pretty sure in five years, both Palin and her supporters will be nothing more than a historical footnote. Populist movements always seem to spring up when times get hard, then disappear when things smooth out.

Woah, Glenn Beck says some fairly crazy things sometimes, but I'd say the majority of the time he has some fairly good ideas. I'd take him over Keith Olberman any day.
