I personally believe that someone getting banned is between the moderators, and the person being banned. It really isn't the business of others to know why.

Of course it is the members' business. We can see the post/thread the user made that got them banned, can't we?

It just takes a devilishly long time to find the post.

Just because we're members doesn't mean we don't have just as much a privilege to know why someone is banned. I'm sure if something like this happened to you when you were still a member, you'd say nearly the same thing I'm saying now.

Most people are failing to understand the banned forum idea is for a use of convenience, barely anything else.

Good reason to be poor in points. Send most of them to Dave or digirob. Of course, then they have to deal with those annoying questions. Oh well. My advice yell at people whenever they talk about points. It seems to work for me, but I don't have that many points anyways.

I'm sure the FBI kills people all the time for being ''suspected'' terrorists, but if we were to believe that ''it isn't the buisness of others to know why'', we'd all be in slavery. We have a right to know what our government is doing, and we have a right to know what the moderators of a sight are doing.

Also, can't you buy your way into power here? Like the abilty to close threads and ban people? So sure; dave may be a fair and just moderator. But what if someone who just has a few abilities bought with points isn't? Then that wouldn't be cool if they abused their power would it?

And if you're banned; how can you repeal it if you're banned, lol. Like an impossible to answer twilight zone question, lol. You can't come to the site, so how can you do anything on it?

I figured it out! If banning weren't a ''not allowed in'' situation, but a ''limited resources for a while'' situation, that'd be okay. Like if you couldn't thread or post for a given amount of time, but you could still repeal and shout in the shoutbox and use the arcade (your not our parents, you can't send us to our rooms without our toys, the arcade should still be open to banned members, lol), then that would really fix things huh?
