I bought a name glow, why doesn't it appear in my name?

Sorry if this is some noob question that i should know the answer to.

I checked the history and you didn't buy username glow.. are you sure you didn't get user title glow? because your user title is glowing.

It won't show up if you're using firefox. I found that out the hard way. It's there though.

Firefox is awesome, but it doesn't support the glow HTML :(
